When the sun sets, fire up the grill for a barbecue on the patio or cool off with a dip in the pool. Inside, you'll find an open and spacious living area with a fireplace, sofa, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for expressing your creativity with terrific appliances and perks like a Keurig machine, a coffee grinder, a gorgeous gas range, granite countertops, an Instapot, a cast iron skillet, and a high chair. You'll also have a Sharp vacuum, a private washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi - ideal for remote work or online school. When it's time to turn in for the night, there are three bedrooms on the second floor. The main bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bath, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed. Plus, a Pack 'N Play is provided for those traveling with little ones. You'll have plenty of fun activities all around you, such as Red Cliffs National Conservation Area, less than four miles away, Snow Canyon State Park eight miles away, and the Virgin River Trail just over 10 miles away. We loved the ceiling fans in each room! We were able to have our pup with us and take him on walks and a hike just up the road. The location was nice as it was quiet and also close to eateries. The access to multiple pools, pickleball basketball and shuffle board made getting out with the kids a breeze. There is also a great business adjacent to the resort that has a roller skating rink and a huge Ninja Warehouse facility that my kids loved. It provided the perfect environment for our team to do its work together. The group spaces were ideal for brainstorming sessions, meals together, and fun. The bedrooms were comfortable and everyone got some privacy. (Because we weren't on vacation, we didn't use the clubhouse or pool.) ##### Ross A. The club house at Las Palmas was great. The only problem is that we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy all of it… The condo was comfortable and spacious. It was great being able to cook our meals at the condo with all the necessary tools. ##### Kara M. There were certain areas that smelt like dog urine, the floors had clearly not been cleaned when we arrived, and lots of dirt and dust that's easily missed in a quick clean. You also can't be afraid of stairs! You open the door and immediately walk up two flights of stairs. Then once in the unit, there is another set of stairs to access 1 bedroom. A few other odds and ends like no live tv, a light bulb burnt out, a broken patio chair, and the kitchen wasn't stocked with wine glasses. The owners/property management company were very responsive and offered to remedy a few issues, however, it wasn't worth our stay being interrupted. Just wish they had taken the time to fix before checking in. ##### Michelle B.
