St. Francis Vacation Packages

If you plan on catching a game or just a little getaway this place is great! I did not check out the gym but the staff and bartenders were very friendly!!

Clean room, great customer service, the bar area was nice and overall good experience. Great view of the City from our room too!

The room and hotel are gorgeous! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I had to leave my 91 year old mother in the lobby while I went to park the car and she was well cared for even before we checked in! The breakfast was way above average! I would stay here again if the occasion arose.

The historic feel of this hotel was appreciated. The lobby had cozy seating and fireplace. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the plush bathrobes and toiletries that were supplied, even the blow dryer was high end.

It was aesthetically a nice place and part of the team was responsive, the trouble was that tithe room presenting so may needs for me to request help. The room while nice overviewed a layer of roof and looked across directly into a working kitchen. The blackout shade would not close, so I had to call for help. The tv would not turn on, there were no batteries in the remote, they came and gave me batteries. On the second night the door would not unlock. I went for a new key, still wouldn’t work. I had to go back down to let the staff know and call engineering to replace the battery in the door so I could go in. That night I spoke to the front desk about how may issues I was having, they said they’d have the manager contact me, the never did. In the morning I went to check out, the person asked me how my stay was, I said honestly I had hoped it were better. They said, I’m sorry and moved on. No follow up questions nothing more. I accepted the stay because it did locationally meet my needs but would have preferred doing less work to make the stay work.
