NO EXTRA! Why this apartment? Do you want to visit the Black Forest alone, with your entire family or with your friends - why not- ? Would you like to spend some time with your pet in the pure nature? No problem: you just found the solution. It is situated in the very center of the city, less than five minutes away from the cathedral dome and the international school (Kolleg St. Blasien). Five minutes by car? No, on foot! You can easily leave your car in front of the building in your reserved parking lot and then stroll about in the city center. Nothing is missing in this well-furnished, 55 m² apartment: there is a spacious and bright living-room with cable TV and free Wi-Fi, a balcony with view on the cathedral dome cupola (the third-largest cupola of a religious building in Europe), a small but well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and many cupboards), a restroom with shower and a wide window and finally a large and airy master bedroom. You will also have a reserved parking lot at your disposal! It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, but you are free to do it on the balcony. Moreover, the view from there is extraordinary! Are you here to visit a relative or an acquaintance who is in the clinic of St. Blasien/ in the lungs clinic (Lungenfachklinik) / in the rehabilitation clinic (Rehabilitationsklinik) / in the Luisenheim nursing home? Then this apartment is perfect for you! It is a two-minute walk away from all four centers. If you are very active and you are looking for adventure in the uncontaminated nature you will love this last option: just 10 meters away from the door of the building there are two accesses to the woods, one of which being the “Philosopher road” (Pilosophenweg). It is rich of trails and offers a wonderful view of the entire city center and of the surrounding green woods. What else do you need to be convinced? It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment, but you are free to do it on the balcony. Moreover, the view from there is extraordinary! Mode of transport In St. Blasien you will find a big bus station (a 7 minute walk away from the apartment), that links the city with the surrounding area. Moreover, right in front of the apartment you will find your own private parking lot (number five). Informations for your arrival Road directions: how to arrive at the apartment By car: A5 Highway: take it until you reach Freiburg-Mitte, then continue on the B31 towards Donaueschingen; once arrived at Titisee-Neustadt go on the B500 until you reach Häusern and then turn in the direction of St. Blasien. A81 highway: take it until you reach Dreieck Bad Dürrheim. Once there take the A864, then take the Donaueschingen exit and drive on the B31 in the direction of Freiburg. When you arrive at Titisee-Neustadt take the B500 up to Häusern and there turn in the direction of St. Blasien. From Switzwerland: drive to Koblenz/AG and cross the border in the direction of Waldshut. After the frontier post turn to the left and take the exit in the direction of Häusern/Titisee-Neustadt. Cross the bridge and take the B500 and, once arrived at Häusern, turn to the left towards St. Blasien. Once in St. Blasien: take the first exit of the roundabout (towards the town center – Ortsmitte). When you are in front of the Sparkasse turn to the right, follow the road turns until you reach the nursing home (Seniorenresidenz) and turn to the left. You have now arrived at the apartment building! Travel by train and by bus: Reach the Schluchsee-Seebrugg train station. From there on take the Bus or a Taxi to St. Blasien. Once in the city follow the directions written in the previous point. In drei Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Dom. Da wir um die Weihnachtszeit in St. Blasien sagen, konnten wir leider den schönen Balkon nicht nutzen. Bei schönstem Winterwetter (Schnee und Sonne) konnten wir die vielen gut geräumten Wanderwege erkunden. Wir kommen wieder. ##### Kay D. Sehr positiv ist, dass in der Beschreibung nichts beschönigt oder anders dargestellt wird, als es sich dann in der Realität zeigt. Die Bilder und alle Merkmale geben hundertprozentig das wider, was man bekommt. Besonders gut hat uns die top ausgestattete Küche gefallen mit sämtlichen Elektrogeräten, die man sich nur vorstellen kann und einem Kühlschrank, der wirklich perfekt kühlt. Das Apartment bietet insgesamt sehr großzügigen Platz, zu zweit mit zwei Hunden hatten wir mehr als genug Raum, was in einer Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch wenn die Einrichtung tatsächlich nicht die modernste ist und man auch dem Teppichboden ansieht, dass er die besten Jahre hinter sich hat, war nichts dreckig oder schmuddelig, deshalb waren wir auch damit wirklich zufrieden. Es gibt einen interessanten mechanischen Staubsauger für das Nötigste, für 10 Tage absolut ausreichend. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das WLAN. Das kann man als solches kaum bezeichnen und man fühlt sich direkt 20 Jahre zurückversetzt. Wer auf schnelles Internet angewiesen ist, dürfte ein Problem haben (ca 1 MBit), aber im Urlaub kann man das normalerweise gut verkraften. Außerordentlich positiv waren auch die beiden Verantwortlichen der Wohnanlage, jederzeit gute Laune und für ein nettes Schwätzchen zu haben, die Hunde haben auch immer was feines gekriegt :-) Alles in allem ware wir sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank. Das Beste an dem Objekt war der Verwalter ! Hilfsbereitschaft 5 Sterne. Die Wohnung war sauber ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Allgemeinen sind wir sehr positiv über die Lage der Wohnung und den ganzen Süd-Schwarzwald. Nur die Wohnung selbst könnte etwas modernisiert werden. Die gesamte Ausstattung stammt wahrscheinlich aus den siebziger Jahren und auch in der Küche könnte einiges ersetzt werden (plastik Schälchen, kaputte Deckel). Ein sehr alter “unmotorisierter” Staubsauger (ein Museumstück😄) funktionierte kaum. Das WLAN ist sehr langsam. Oft konnten wir nicht einmal unsere digitale Zeitung oder Nachrichten, Email usw. herunterladen. Dafür war das Bett ausgezeichnet und die Umgebung sehr schön um längere Spaziergänge zu machen mit unserem Hund. ##### Louis S. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 Personen und verfügt über einen schönen Sonnenbalkon. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Von der Wohnung gelangt man bergab in 3 Minuten zum nächsten Bäcker und ist umgeben von mehreren Restaurants. Das Auto kann also stehen bleiben. Wanderungen können ebenfalls direkt an der Wohnung beginnen. Und das Umland bietet zusätzlich sehr viele Möglichkeiten. Alles in allem sehr schön dort! ##### Karsten K. Es ist alles in der Nähe, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Kulturorte... Auch beim schlechten Wetter sind auf jeden Fall es Wert, die zu besuchen. Die Wohnung eher rustikal eingerichtet, was dem Ganzen einen schönen Flair verleiht. Zu den Minuspunkten: sehr kleine, aber gut eingerichtete Küche, nichtvorhanden einer Waschmaschine, und etwas "lautes" Bett. Jedoch die Pluspunkte lassen diese kleine Unannehmlichkeiten erblassen. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Lage, es wäre sogar für 4 Leute Platz ausreichend. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden, ich würde definitiv noch mal dort einen Urlaub buchen. I was there alone for half the time before my mom joined me for the second half. I found it very comfortable for two people. It is so centrally located in St. Blasien that I had no problem walking easily anywhere in town. I did not have a car, but using the bus and train to explore more of the Schwarzwald was no problem. The kitchen is small but usable (I cooked a lot). I do wish it had more/better light. Thank you for a hospitable stay! ##### Shelly C. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und hate eine sehr gute Küche! Es gibt Ruhe, es ist die beste Wohnung für die, die sich entspannen möchten.
