This hillsidevillais a five-bedroom property located in Colombier in front of a stunning ocean view and is only a few minutes away from Flamands beach. Thevilla's swimming pooland tropical garden offers wide spaces in a very private environment - the perfect place for a ten-people stay in St-Barts. For larger groups, it can be rented with the neighboring villa which is located in the same private domain, for groups of up to twenty people.

The Villa:  
The villaoffers a spectacular view over Flamands Bay and Bonhomme Island. Its chic decor creates a soothing atmosphere, with a living room consisting of an air conditioned lounge, furnished with sofas and armchairs covered with gray and green cushions. A second and very private lounge is located near the main room for pleasant movie nights as it features a large HDTV. As the trade winds gently sweep throughout the property, you will enjoy relaxing in front of the amazing deep blue ocean view.  
  
In the same space, you will find the modern kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, electric oven, induction cooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, ice machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and coffee machine Nespresso, toaster, mixer, electric fruit press, and an electric kettle. Cook up a storm and enjoy your meals in the grand dining room which welcomes twelve guests in a luxurious atmosphere.  
  
At the facade of villa, the terrace opens fully onto the breathtakingly beautiful ocean view. The heated infinity swimming poolinvites guests near the comfortable sunbeds, protected by umbrellas in front of Chevreau Island. You will also find a charming pergola with an outdoor lounge perfect for sipping an evening cocktail or reading your favorite book in the tropical breeze. On the hillside, a second terrace is located at the back of the villa which opens onto the living room and is furnished with a lounge that features benches and cushions, for delightful moments in the fresh and cool gardenscape.  
  
The villaoffers five air conditioned bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, furnished with king size beds, and open onto the terrace. The views over the ocean and hills create an exotic atmosphere in the romantic decor made of bright curtains, cozy cushions and pillows, and charming baroque frames. The five bedrooms are spread over two levels, with three bedrooms on the main level, two of which are in a separate bungalow. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level, accessible via a staircase and is close to the air conditioned fitness room with an ocean view.  
  
Between the ocean and the hills, thisvillais the perfect place for a ten-people stay in the Caribbean. It can also be rented with the neighboring villa to form a twenty-people private complex.
