This charmingvilla islocated in the heights of Toiny and opens onto an amazing view over the beautiful ocean. The wild coastline is one of the most peaceful areas where most runners enjoy. You will also have access to a playground in the area. Each morning, you will get to marvel at the beauty of the pink and gold colors when the sun rises over the ocean. On top of that, the villa is only a few steps away from the5-star TOINY hotel and the natural pools of Grand-Fond.

The Villa:  
In the open-plan great room, one feels so quiet and serene: imagine a space dedicated to lounging in the heart of a green, tropical garden under a high vaulted ceiling. In front of the terrace with a view over the perfect horizon, the living area features oversized furniture perfect for relaxation.  
  
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas oven and stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, ice maker, wine cellar, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishwasher, ceiling fan, electric kettle, and even a Sonos sound system. The space also featuresa dining area that can accommodate four people. On the walls, colorful paintings by the artist Kate Kova bring pop culture in this soothing set.  
  
  
  
You can access the terrace through large, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and find a space that can be either shady or sunny through the adjustable-slat pergola. A wooden dining table accommodates up to ten people, facing the breathtaking panorama. An outdoor living room is also available under the pergola, furnished with sofas and armchairs covered with soft cushions.  
  
The villa offers three large air-conditioned rooms with sea views. One of them is located on one side of the living room and has its own bathroom, a patio with a fountain, and a massage area. The other two rooms are located on the opposite side and share the same bathroom, which is an ideal set up for a family with children. The decoration is refined with linen and white tones, facing the magnificent view over the sea.  
  
At the facade, you will enjoy a beautiful infinity swimming poolseemingly plunging into the Caribbean Sea. There are deck chairs and hammocks shaded under umbrellas - a perfect set up under the generous, golden sun. On the expansive terrace, you will also enjoy the additional outdoor lounge at any time of day or night. The palm trees decorate the sea with their green leaves, letting the trade winds blow through.
