Unit Layout  
You will find a spacious and bright 5-room house with modern and stylish furnishings. The living room features a TV (flat screen) and a wood-burning stove, providing a cozy atmosphere. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and freezer. You can access the terrace directly from the kitchen. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main floor. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom with a double bed and access to a balcony, as well as another double bedroom with a double bed. This floor also has a shower/WC. On the second upper floor, you'll find a large double bedroom with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a TV (flat screen).  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. You'll have access to a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, and baby cot. Internet (WiFi) is also available for your convenience. Parking facilities are provided on-site. Outdoor areas include a large terrace, a small terrace, and terrace furniture, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of the sea and the town.
