Kips Cottage is a beautiful, historical 3-storey terraced cottage located in the center of Mevagissey, United Kingdom. With its prime location just 200m from the sea and 300m from the beach, you can easily enjoy the coastal charm of this picturesque town.

The cottage is conveniently situated near various outdoor attractions. Walking paths can be accessed just 200m from the house, and a children's playground is a short 250m away. For those interested in fishing, opportunities abound within a 100m radius. The nearby sandy West Pier Beach and shingle Island Beach, both small in size, are just 300m from the property.
