The Neighborhood: St. Augustine is the nation’s most historic city with Lincolnville being home to the largest concentration of late Victorian era buildings in the city and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Being within walking district of St. Augustine’s tourism epicenter, Lincolnville is a 140-acre walkable neighborhood and also holds the distinction of being one of the most charming. Experience flavorful dining, art and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. Blue Jewel is nearby the St. Augustine Distillery, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and San Sabastian Winery! It was a six minute walk to King St, and about 10 minutes to St. George street where many of the attractions are!! The Lighthouse is only a 10 minute drive, and there are several beaches close by, too!. Although the houses on Weeden St are older, inside of this property is immaculate and updated. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with big, comfortable beds and the living room has a couch that is comfortable as well!! The washer and dryer were very convenient when we wanted to do laundry! There were 3 adults traveling together, and the shower water stayed hot for all of our ahowers, which was amazing!! The hosts messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. They were wonderful to rent from! I highly recommend this property to those wanting to explore St. Augustine. The location was so convenient and the house is pristine! We only had two people but 4 could easily be comfortable. Quiet lovely neighborhood with easy walkability to many restaurants and sights. Lincolnville is interesting all by itself. We went to the Cultural History Museum a few blocks away as well as just touring the neighborhood historical markers. The on/off trolley picks up a block away to go downtown. We were very pleased with the kitchen set up, essential spices, a small computer room, lots of places to put your things, ample closet space.
