The house was a perfect "base camp" for the week. Plenty of space for bridesmaids to get ready and easy access to downtown - although allow time for the bridge going up and down. The sunsets were special. We saw plenty of wildlife from the deck and osprey catching fish feet away.The house itself has everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues but the response was almost immediate! The check-in was easy and everything went really smoothly. Good kitchen utensils. Only downside was multiple steps and levels within the living areas of the house so you had to be careful walking, especially at night. The house was immaculate and nicely redone. Nothing beats the outdoor area. We spent many nights on the deck watching the wildlife and enjoying the sunset. We also saw a manatee a couple of times. We had 14 in our family with our kids and grandchildren. There was so much to do with the pool, ping pong, games and fishing! Lots of space so everyone felt comfortable! We used the large family room with powder room access daily. Pool and deck perfect. Especially loved bed swing for napping. The different floor levels took a bit of getting used to though. The rooms were absolutely awesome and perfectly spaced for privacy. Each room had an assigned bathroom which is very important to us! The location was close to the beach and downtown. We utilized the fire pit quite a bit in the evenings. Communication with the management was smooth and very professional. Overall, this was the perfect place for us (four couples) and we enjoyed every minute of it. We will most definitely book this location again in the future! ##### Denise G. The home is massive and lovely. Everything is updated nicely and there is lots of room for everyone to have their own space but also be together. The backyard is very peaceful. Neighborhood is very friendly. Everything is nearby. We loved walking to the Alligator Farm and the Lighthouse. Downtown is just a short drive away. We loved having our dogs with us too! The kids loved the pool. We loved watching the sunset from the great deck and several of the guys even caught fish off the deck. The house worked great for our family. The upstairs suite was perfect for my young adult son, who enjoyed some privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials. The deck was beautiful, with amazing sunset views and space for family activities like Corn hole, fishing, listening to music, etc. The pool was great and the little nook outside was a great place to relax with a book or take a nap. The location is close to everything. We walked to the Alligator Farm and to the downtown area. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly for walking our dog. The rooms with ensuite bathrooms were very comfortable and convenient. Plenty of communal spaces that we enjoyed together, but also comfortable spaces that were private in case we needed time alone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Loved the ping-pong table and corn hole set. The back deck was the best part. In the mornings, we enjoyed watching and hearing the variety of birds that visited. At night, the sunset views were amazing! With ages ranging from 10 to 70+, there was something for everyone. Plenty of room to spead out. And the upstairs suite offered some privacy. Kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the huge deck where we could hang out, share a meal, and watch the wildlife. Speaking of wildlife, if you enjoy birdwatching, you won't find anywhere better. A highlight of our trip was having a daily front-row seat to dozens of wood storks, egrets, herons, and more. It was thrilling to see those birds in their natural environment while we enjoyed a drink and watched the beautiful sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone with large families who want a large yet cozy place to relax and enjoy St. Augustine. ##### Clay C.
