The first floor is a Yoga Studio with classes from 6am to 6pm daily. The parking is shared. Please keep all eating and drinking in the kitchen and dining area especially if you have you children. Please do not track sand inside the house. Please rinse and brush off all sand before entering. The entire home and yard is available for guest access. Let me know if you need any recommendations during your stay. I live in St Augustine Beach full time and can get you dialed in with whatever you need. Located in St Augustine, FL but more specifically Crescent Beach within close proximately to everything St Augustine has to offer. Staying here you are already at the beach so if you fee like checking out the downtown area it is just a 5-10 min drive Please remember that you\`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Pet fee is set for one pet per booking. If you have additional pets there an additional charge of $50 per pet. Guests are required to authorize a refundable security deposit upon check-in. If no damage occurs, the deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of check-out. Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. It’s cute and has most of what you would need for a multi day stay. We brought our pup and he did quite well with the stairs. There’s enough grass for potty times. There is a yoga studio underneath and the classes could be heard upstairs, but they were done before evening so it was not an issue once I figured out what it was. The beds are very comfy and the place was super clean. Concrete floors, so bring slippers if your feet hurt. There’s a lot of rugs throughout as well. The sun and moon risings were amazing. Would definitely stay here again. A lot of the communication was automated through the app but hosts were great with following up. ##### Kristina A. The place is as described and was very clean. Having a coffee shop downstairs was really convenient and the location can't be beat.
