This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is unsurpassed in location and design. No detail has been overlooked; from the furnishings, bedding, fit and finishes; every detail has been covered. The second you walk through the front door you will realize you have made the right decision as Unit 301 is equipped with breath taking ocean views and high-end interior work that is balanced with comfort. This unit is located on Crescent Beach, which in our opinion is some of the nicest beach front on the East Coast. It is remote and clean with stretches of white sand and gentle, warm ocean. After enjoying the beach, you can head into St. Augustine known for its historic downtown, shopping, craft cocktails and fine dining. Also available are boating, tours, farmers markets, yoga/gym studios, concerts and live music. Enjoy! We are happy you are here. The Sand Dollar Condo includes 1550 square feet of living space featuring 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full utility room with washer and dryer. Smart TV's and Wifi are provided. This unit is a flat 2nd floor condo. Pets are not permitted and absolutely no smoking in unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are located in the condo for your use. There is handicap wheelchair access to this unit. Shopping buggies and flat carts are on site to carry your things to condo via the elevator so there is no lugging things up the steps. Watch the stunning sunrise and dolphins swim by from your front window. The master bedroom and living room doors open onto the balcony allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the beach below you. The Sand Dollar I Complex on Crescent Beach offers any family the best vacation St. Augustine can offer. With only 40 units in this building, the pool and tennis courts are rarely crowded. The host made everything so easy, the property notebook that was available for us was very informative. Any and all questions that you could come up with were already answered, a great list of local places to eat, visit, and shop. This was our very first VRBO stay, there was nothing that we needed from home, so many items to use at the beach, games to share in the condo, plenty of items in the kitchen, no issues at all with the property, the host was only a call or text away if needed, and was very responsive when I did text him. We have already been recommending this location to others and will make all efforts to use this location again in the future. There are many nice aspects to this condo but the first thing that comes to mind about our stay is how clean it was. My wife is a nurse and has extremely high standards for cleanliness to the point that we usually wipe everything down when we check into a hotel or Vrbo. While wiping down surfaces here, one of our teenagers noted that nothing was coming up and it was already clean. I was thinking the same thing and honestly think it was the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. That’s really impressive, in our book.A couple of other attributes are the view, the spaciousness, and the appointments (can’t think of a better word). We spent so much time just staring at the ocean. Sunrises, dolphins going back and forth, and cheering on fishermen that were out there most days. We even watched the NASA launch to get the stranded astronauts from the lanai (truly visible from 100/- miles away). The unit was plenty big enough for everyone to spread out into their personal spaces at times. The coffee mugs/pots/beach towels/beach equipment/etc. were all as advertised, or better. Lastly, we’re used to hearing and seeing our neighbors in these types of places but we were impressed by how quiet it was. Being on the end of the floor helped. And the two chairs outside the front door were nice to sit in and watch a storm coming in and the sunsetting. This was our home for a special week we’ll all remember fondly forever. ##### David F. We had plenty of room to spread out and not get in each other's way. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The only thing we felt was missing was a doormat for outside and inside the front door. We put down towels and moved the mat from the laundry room so we had something to put our shoes on. My daughter thought the mattress in the front bedroom was too hard, but the other two mattresses were great. The balcony is a good size and the view is gorgeous!! The pool is clean and we had it to ourselves most days. There are plenty of beach toys and towels.There are also a couple beach chairs but we didn't use those. I highly recommend this condo. The condo is on the third floor, which provides amazing views… The only challenge was the elevator was out in the building while we were there. Myself, then my daughter, grew up visiting family in this area multiple times a year and wanted to bring the next generation down. The location is perfect. You're far enough from the high traffic areas but also close enough to enjoy them easily. The condo, the views and furnished items exceeded exceeded my expectations. We can definitely pack lighter next year! The access to the beach from this unit is perfect for those with toddlers who can't do a full day on the beach... the bonus from this property is being inside with one baby while watching your family play out on the beach. ##### Michele B. The decor and furnishings are perfect especially with the added chairs requested on the balcony which the owner provided at our request. Easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views in a less crowded area really hit the mark. The condo was lovely and was perfect for our group.
