We limited out on redfish everyday and caught plenty of flounder, speckled trout, mangrove snapper, and sheephead just minutes from the property! The management is very responsive and available for anything you need. The house was just as advertised and its large.... much larger than it seems in the pictures with a split bedroom arrangement and sizeable bathrooms. The pool is a small but was perfect for our family and accomplished our mission of cooling off :) We loved fishing off the dock and having the Kayak's on site. The beach is very close and easy to reach by car or the provided 4 bikes and Public Beach Access is right down A1A less than a mile. There is plenty of free parking, bathrooms and showers to rinse off all the sand. We would definitely rent this home again and plan on doing so soon. ##### Rose K. The renovation is of high quality, the layout is wonderful, and it was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is definitely not upscale, but the houses are generally well maintained, and we always felt safe and secure. The walk to the beach is only about 10 minutes, but you do have to cross Highway A1A which can be a challenge. The agent handling the property was excellent.
