Embrace the essence of coastal living in this classic 3 br home. Directly on the beach, this home features spectacular views and plenty of space to make lasting memories. The Space: Welcome to “Summer Breeze”. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home sits right on the beach and is available for your next vacation. When you enter on the 2nd floor, you find yourself in the main living area. Here, you have a fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you could need. There’s even a wine cooler to keep your favorite vino just the right temperature. The dining and living area are an open room. The dining table seats 6 and there is stool seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The living area features a comfy leather sofa, love seat and recliner. There is a powder room on this floor, with a sink and toilet. Off of the living area is an oceanfront balcony with seating. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, dresser, and an ocean front balcony. The primary bathroom has a step-in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, TV, dresser, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed, consisting of two full-over-full mattresses. There is also a TV in this bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a new overlook deck stationed on top of the dune. This is a great place to lay out and work on your tan, or enjoy some afternoon beverages as the sun sets. At the moment, St. Johns County is not allowing us to build any stairs through the dune to the beach, so you walk down the sand “ramp” that we have dug out. This may be difficult for those who have mobility issues, but doesn’t appear to be causing issues for most of our guests. We were down on the beach most of the time, but the condo was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the location! Perfect gathering place for a family Thanksgiving at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a full Thanksgiving dinner. Dining and Great room combo was excellent as well. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right on the beach, making it so convenient to step outside and enjoy the ocean. The house is very clean, and the beds are super comfortable, which made for restful nights.While the home could use a little updating here and there, everything was functional, and it had a cozy charm. We did have an issue with the coffee maker, but the management was quick to respond and replaced it with a brand-new one right away—great service!Overall, we had a great time and would recommend it for anyone looking for a beachfront getaway. ##### Sandra H. Our stay was extremely pleasant with beautiful furnishings and decorating, comfortable bedding and all the amenities you could need or want. From bottle openers to a washer- dryer, there was nothing that we needed to have all the comforts of home. Wifi, TV's, puzzles, patio furniture and boogie boards, this vacation paradise has it all. (OK, Bring your fishing poles!) The air conditioning worked extremely well and we were comfortable sleeping through the night. Having coffee on your bedroom balcony was truly a treat.The beach in front of the property is wide, clean and full of friendly people. The aqua green beach waters have a large, kid friendly, shallow area for wading. Its proximity to restaurants, stores, and downtown St. Augustine is also perfect. It appears that all the issues from previous posts had been addressed except the sliding door on the main level. I would also suggest a few additional updates such as the TVs, upstairs flooring, master bathroom shower door & sink, and the hot water heater. The outside was pretty tired looking though but tough to keep up being on the ocean. The door code did not work but we called property manager and that was quickly resolved. Was unaware of this and when asked property manager she simply stated she didn’t have to tell me. Found a huge roach)palmetto bug. which is a roach)running across the bathroom. Phenomenal beachfront location with 2 beach view bedrooms with balconies and balcony off the dining area as well. This is a 2nd floor entrance with another flight from ground level down to beach. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues. The stairwell to the beach was under construction for the first few days of our stay, the oven needed cleaned (something in the bottom smoked up the place our first night there while heating a frozen pizza) and the windows could use regular cleaning...otherwise I would have rated 5 stars across the board. We loved the quiet location - which is only about 15 minutes to Historic St. Augustine. Check out instructions we're minimal and very reasonable. We are already planning a return trip! ##### Kelly F.
