Relax with the whole family at this beautifully remodeled and peaceful place to stay. Free access to Anastasia State Park via neighborhood beach gate! Lovely 3 bedroom home in the heart of Anastasia Island. Unwind in the large family sized hot tub after a long day of exploring or toast marshmallows around the firepit (see amenity notes) after a fun day the beach! We are near St. Augustine City! We are also 0.7 miles (less than a 15 minute walk) from the St. Augustine Amphitheatre! King beds in all bedrooms Everything you need from a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, free WIFI, and Smart TV. Wonderful sites, such as the Alligator Farm, Lighthouse, Farmer’s Market weekly at St. John’s pier, all will add to your vacation. The history of St. Augustine is incomparable with almost any other on our coast. Founded in 1565 it is chock full of amazing places to visit, from the oldest house to the first schoolroom, to the impenetrable fort built by the Spanish. Lincolnville, just south of downtown St. Augustine takes you on a walking tour of the history of the civil rights movement noting where Martin Luther King stayed on numerous occasions. Needless to say, there’s also so many unique shops, and the restaurants are so varied and truly have an international flavor! There are things to do no matter the weather! You can take a free boat ride to Fort Matanzas and learn the history about the battles fought. Further south is Marineland where you can swim with dolphins! The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are always concerts at St. Augustine Amphitheatre and events at Francis Field as well. You will never run out of things to do here in St. Augustine. It is probably one of the most beautiful places in all of Florida, and for sure one of the most photographed! Come and see for yourself! The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup. Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house. We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. The outside of the house is off limits after 10! So that hot tub and fire pit you see you can’t use once you get back from the city! This was our anniversary I looked forward to experiencing as much of the city as possible and coming back and relaxing in the hot tub! Being quiet wasn’t an option it was just strictly off limits! All through your binder you’re threatened with fees for almost anything! You would think you could use the tub you see since you can’t use the hot tub but you will be disappointed! The tub empty’s as fast as it fills and by the time you get the water over the jets they don’t work so its pointless! forget about a hot shower after all of that because you WILL be out of hot water! The shower in the master also has no shower curtain so you will freeze while you soap up! Also do not expect to find towels in the bathroom! You have to explore random closets throughout the house to find those! The communication with the rental agency was a joke! They’re unprofessional and unapologetic! They interrupt your vacation to get you to check out early for the convenience of their cleaners and their ”busy schedules” when I told them I didn’t care for that they decided to argue with me over it. We also had to check in 1 hour late due to HVAC issues and when trying to contact the agency to see what was wrong it took 2 hours to here back ##### Shelby H. It's a quick drive to downtown and the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. The downfall is that all the beds were very uncomfortable, so hard, like sleeping on the floor.
