Well stocked for your needs. The location is a short drive to the beach and easy access to St. Augustine shops. The street is a little busy, but inside you really don’t hear the cars. The host was excellent and very responsive. We were just looking for a place to hang out and spend time together and it met all of our needs. We would rent this again or from the same management company. The only thing negative would be to check on all the fees. We got hit with an incidental fee at the end, which we got back, but we didn’t see before booking the place and would have been a hardship if we didn’t have money to cover it.
