The beach is only a 3-min walk to Sea Oats Lane beach access. The street directly south of the home, Palmetto Road has a public boat ramp to the intracoastal waterway, which would be great to head by water to Matanzas Inlet or Downtown St. Augustine (Always be mindful of the tides). Restaurants and bars located to the north and south of the home which are easily accessible by vehicle. If the plan is to stay at the beach, you are a 3-min walk to our beautiful white sand beach. Our expectations were definitely met and exceeded. The personal touches that welcomed us were unexpected but definitely made us feel welcomed. The property turned out to be everything we needed. We had enough parking space for everyone. We were able to put our bikes in the garage at night. Everyone had their own bathroom. We had extra space to work from home, even though we were on vacation. And, the kitchen! It was spacious and modern. Even though it wasn’t quite as warm as we wanted, we still jumped in the pool every day, while our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Surprised when we arrived it is 4 bedrooms with a very uncomfortable hide a bed that we had to make up ourselves. No mattress cover, no place for suitcase, and no closet. Would we have chosen your home if we known one of us would be sleeping on a hide-abed, the answer is no. It should be listed as a 4 bedroom house or take the very uncomfortable hide-abed out and replace it with a queen bed and continue to list it as a 5 bedroom house.
