Summary: A second floor, spacious beach apartment located in Vilano Beach. Only minutes walk away from the Vilano Fishing Pier, Public Beach, and many popular restaurants. \>Large master bedroom with king bed and private ensuite bath \>Guest bedroom with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in living room \>Walk to Porpoise Point public beach and Vilano Beach Fishing Pier \>Only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine \>Beach supplies GALORE- wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys \>Outdoor shower to wash off after the beach \>Book our downstairs apt, Turtle Hideaway, to sleep ana additional 4 guests! Guest Access: Guests have private access to the entire upstairs apartment, outdoor seating area, and outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning. A shared laundry room with 2 washers and dryers is also available to guests during day hours. The Neighborhood: A quiet coastal community, Vilano Beach is known for its sandy Atlantic shoreline and a fishing pier stretching into the Tolomato River. Casual beach grills, pizza places, and a marina surround the pier, which is marked by the Bluebird of Happiness, a restored vintage statue. The Vilano Beach Nature Boardwalk, running through wetlands near the Francis and Mary Usina Bridge, features mosaic art of local wildlife. Other Things to Note: Bikes and beach supplies are shared amenities with the upstairs unit and are on a fist come-first serve basis (plenty to use amongst all guests) Laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit, and only available to use during day hours Parking area is also shared. The property itself is beautiful and set in such a quiet, private and lovely location. It was wonderful to be able to take a walk each day and night around the beautiful neighborhood, to the pier, to the beach (which you can drive on if you wish), to local restaurants as well as a Publix grocery store.It was obvious to us that the management company takes a lot of time and energy to make sure everything is thought of inside the home. It was very clean and spacious and the rooms were very comfortable. The management companies' communication was also quick, helpful, kind and thoughtful.The home is also located close to downtown St. Augustine so it's quite easy to take a quick drive to wander around and see all that St. Augustine has to offer.We both truly recommend this lovely home if traveling to the area; we couldn't be happier about our choice and our time in Vilano Beach. ##### Sylvia S.
