The location is within walking distance (approx 10 minute walk) to everything in historic downtown. The house (1BR/1BA) was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and had a full kitchen. This little one bedroom is tucked away in the cutest neighborhood in the heart if downtown. We can literally walk everywhere and the space is clean, cozy, and quiet. The only recommendation I have is to put a sign on the garage parking spot that the space is for the above garage unit only. So we could come and go as we wanted and didn't get stuck in the downtown traffic. It had everything we needed and was in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
