It was filthy upon arrival. Rotting food in the microwave, filthy stained rugs, dirty bathroom, bedding and floors, crumbling counter top, broken garbage pail, and then the worst was the ceiling leaking and exposing a gaping hole in the soffit. Filthy entry door.
