This unit is located in the northernmost building, building #2. With solid wood doors throughout, this chic, bright and airy condo is very comfortable and relaxing. You'll be mesmerized by the ocean views and relaxed at the sounds of the peaceful waves that lap at the silky shore just steps away. This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking a great family dinner. The dining area seats six. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has two solid wood twin beds with pillow top mattresses and there’s a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to our stunning beaches, Summerhouse offers a wide array of amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy: Two Children’s Play Areas with covered pavilions, picnic tables and charcoal BBQ’s. Heated and cooled Pools (4 in total). Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Summerhouse does have Tennis Rackets and Pickleball Paddles in the office; however, they are subject to availability. Basketball Court Horseshoes and Shuffleboard Fitness Room Four Walkovers to the Beach The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are bicycles for rent, as well, nearby. Walkovers to the beach have seating areas where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse unit 112 is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year! Bring an extra queen sheet set, blankets and pillows if you plan on using the sofa bed. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. You have a designated parking spot marked with the unit number. You may also park one additional vehicle in an unmarked spot. 2 vehicles max, no exceptions. Must pick up parking pass from office upon arrival. It's $10 to get one for your whole stay, or you can pick up a day pass each day from the office for free. \*If you are going to arrive at Summerhouse after office hours, you will need to prearrange for a parking pass in advance with the office. This is very important!\* Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo. We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. The unit was impeccable; everything we needed was provided. The beach was just a short walk, the pool was great (nice temperature and always clean); and the view out of the balcony was my favorite. It was the perfect place for our family family of four (with a teen and a pre-teen). We’ll definitely be back!! The beautiful kitchen worked so well for us, the showers were updated and beautiful as well. The VIEW was perfect and we could see the ocean and the pool. The landscape was well kept. The walk way to the beach has turtle nests just below the deck. The pools were so refreshing- we actually used two different pools . The staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back again and again! Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to book this beautiful condo. It was very clean and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. We really enjoyed playing Uno and other games during our nightly game nights. There were boogie boards and a variety of beach items available for the kids, which was a nice touch. Being located right next to one of the pools and having an ocean view from the balcony were added bonuses.I also appreciated the property owner's excellent communication skills; they were truly top-notch. I have already recommended this property to several friends and can’t say enough great things about our trip. It has everything we needed and was clean and cute! Perfect ocean view from the balcony and I was able to watch the kids swimming in the pool right from the balcony.
