This unit is located in the northernmost building, building #2. With solid wood doors throughout, this chic, bright and airy condo is very comfortable and relaxing. You'll be mesmerized by the ocean views and relaxed at the sounds of the peaceful waves that lap at the silky shore just steps away. This lovely home has 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need for cooking a great family dinner. The dining area seats six. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed that restores you after your day of activity and fun at the beach or visiting St. Augustine. The second bedroom has two solid wood twin beds with pillow top mattresses and there’s a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. In addition to our stunning beaches, Summerhouse offers a wide array of amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy: Two Children’s Play Areas with covered pavilions, picnic tables and charcoal BBQ’s. Heated and cooled Pools (4 in total). Tennis & Pickleball Courts: Summerhouse does have Tennis Rackets and Pickleball Paddles in the office; however, they are subject to availability. Basketball Court Horseshoes and Shuffleboard Fitness Room Four Walkovers to the Beach The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill. There are bicycles for rent, as well, nearby. Walkovers to the beach have seating areas where you can go and enjoy the view, read, or just relax with friends. Crescent Beach, where Summerhouse unit 112 is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year! Bring an extra queen sheet set, blankets and pillows if you plan on using the sofa bed. The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. You have a designated parking spot marked with the unit number. You may also park one additional vehicle in an unmarked spot. 2 vehicles max, no exceptions. Must pick up parking pass from office upon arrival. It's $10 to get one for your whole stay, or you can pick up a day pass each day from the office for free. \*If you are going to arrive at Summerhouse after office hours, you will need to prearrange for a parking pass in advance with the office. This is very important!\* Service Animals: Pets are not allowed at our beach retreat. If you bring a pet, we will charge your damage deposit for a pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house and you will risk cancellation of your booking. You must let us know if you are bringing a service animal, it's important to let the cleaners know and the office of the condo. We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. The condo was clean and spacious, the kitchen was completely equipped (a rarity), and the view was amazing. Everyone working at the complex was friendly, and we enjoyed the pickleball courts, which are plentiful and in great shape. This is a large complex, but the layout of the buildings and amenities made it feel smaller. The communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. ##### Lezlie B. The beautiful kitchen worked so well for us, the showers were updated and beautiful as well. The VIEW was perfect and we could see the ocean and the pool. The landscape was well kept. The walk way to the beach has turtle nests just below the deck. The pools were so refreshing- we actually used two different pools . The staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back again and again! Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to book this beautiful condo. I’ve stayed at many Vrbo listings over the years, and this one easily ranks in my top 5\. Everything about our stay was smooth and comfortable—from the cozy beds and well-appointed furniture to the fully functioning amenities (including great A/C, which can sometimes be hit or miss with beach condos). The location is ideal—a short walk to both the beach and pool, which you can enjoy views of right from the patio. Even during a busy holiday, the area remained quiet and relaxing. The pool was nicely cooled and never overcrowded, which made it even better.I really appreciated the easy parking, especially having a designated spot. David was great to work with—responsive and helpful throughout.Did I mention they actually have comfortable beds!?As someone who grew up with a beach condo just down the road at Four Winds, this place gave me all the nostalgic vibes—but better in every way. This was our first time visiting St. Agustine, and “Peace of Heaven” was truly a home away from home. The unit was impeccable; everything we needed was provided. The beach was just a short walk, the pool was great (nice temperature and always clean); and the view out of the balcony was my favorite. It was clean and decorated so beautifully. We could see and hear the ocean and the beach was a minute walk away. It was clean, quiet and much more private than so many beaches. Everything was just as described. For us the biggest thing was how peaceful it was. I had looked at many condos and prayed for the right one as we needed a restful and refreshing get away. The management group was unbelievably responsive. I never waited more than a couple of minutes for a response to a question or an issue. I stayed for 4 weeks and the service never waivered. I had a problem with the washing machine and within 24 hours had a new washing machine installed!In additional, this unit may be the cleanest property I have ever rented.
