Welcome to Maritime Place, a spacious vacation house located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach and a short walk from the sand, numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and the St. Johns County Ocean Pier! This all new large family house boasts two independent living areas within each unit and a studio apartment, each having its own entry, great for multiple families vacationing together. Located just a few houses from the beach, you will enjoy a short 1-2 minute walk down to the beautiful boardwalk beach access. Maritime Place is brand new and thoughtfully furnished with guests in mind using high quality furniture, stainless appliances, and a pleasing and soft beach decor. There are plenty of places to sleep all of your guests with the upstairs unit having three bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas, plus a trundle twin, and the downstairs unit having two bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas, plus a studio apartment. The studio apartment is conveniently located on the first floor and features a queen bed, bathroom with a walk in shower, a washer and dryer, and can be accessed through an exterior door or a lockable interior door. Each floor is furnished with a large kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining table, providing plenty of space for the whole family to gather around for meals. The two spacious living areas are comfortably furnished with two sofas in each, a gas log fireplace, and a large smart TVs. Multiple balconies and porches provide private spaces to enjoy the ocean breezes and catch glimpses of the ocean. A back courtyard is furnished with chaise lounges, picnic table, grill, and sofa. The home comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies so that you can cook at home, along with soft bath and beach towels, and crisp bed linens. Maritime Place is located on breathtaking, wide St. Augustine beach. Healthy dunes and foliage create a perfect place for spotting all kinds of wildlife. Watch for gopher tortoises along the beautiful path to the beach and dolphins swimming offshore! This caused real issue for our family. We reported it to Vrbo, but they dragged their feet, then after our stay was over closed the case with no resolution. Perfect location right by the beach, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. We had eight adults and everyone had a great room. Amenities were great. We chose this as a destination for our Women’s Wellness Weekend. It was the perfect location for our sunrise beach walks. Loved having the Kookaburra right across the street. Very easy drive into town to visit downtown. The space is wonderful, so bright and open. Clean and plenty of space to spread out. Excellent kitchen space for cooking and socializing at the same time. The balconies on the top unit were a great spot to chill out and read or relax. I would definitely recommend this spot for families or small groups. ##### Amber S. From the house itself to the property was just neat and clean. Walking distance to the beach was a great hit with everyone. No road to cross or anything. Easy 3 minutes walk and you are standing on the beach. Everything you need extra was in a short driving distance. The owners always kept in touch to ask if we needed anything and the few things we needed were taken care very quickly. Definitely a must to rent and stay. Will definitely stay here again when we come back. Our kids didn’t want to leave. ##### Marcus M.
