Very knowledgeable of the property and extremely polite and helpful. The exterior of the property was very well maintained and the house looked like it was just painted and the colors were picked well. The fenced in backyard was secure and pleasantly big enough to play ball with our two dogs. The inside looked like it was all brand new and totally updated. New mattresses were a real treat. Nightlights everywhere. Felt real safe and very comfortable. Place was also spotless from top to bottom. My wife and I are in our late 70’s and had a little difficulty getting over the steps to the beach especially with beach chairs. Joe was a gracious host and communicated effectively from the start. The house was decorated with Christmas lights and a table top tree was inside! Very nice. The place was super clean and the perfect size to include a sitting area outside. There was a basket of snacks as well as coffees and teas. Located directly across from the beach and within walking distance of Kookaburra Coffee that we went to every morning! We Ubered downtown and glad we did because of traffics. Only 15 each way!
