The neighbor was nice and quiet. The house was clean, organized, and nice. The beach was 10 minutes away from the house which was convenient for my family. It's adorable, and was immaculately clean. The kitchen had ask the items you would need, K-cups and creamer and Keurig coffee maker were provided. Noelle left some snacks for us. The bed was very comfortable. The house and surrounding area was perfectly quiet. The shower was wonderful, and there was so much hot water. There was a great, small yard for our dog. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the morning. The best part was that we were only 5-7 minutes from Historic area. Everything was so close. Noelle checked up on us and wanted to know how we were, and if there was anything we needed. This house made our first time in St. Augustine such a wonderful trip. Cottage had everything we needed including welcome snacks, coffee and bottled water. Living room was cozy and tastefully decorated.
