It is located on a safe and quiet side street. It was the perfect size for my son and I, and a great value. Check in and out were incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised that the hosts provided a fully stocked kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There was even beach toys available! It felt like they thought of everything. The house is a shortwalk from The Old Trolley, a tour that lets you get on and off at over 20 locations inthe historic area and even provids a complimentary ride to the beach. On the 5 minute walk there, we passed restaurants and antique shops. And if you enjoy walking and are in decent shape, you could easily walk into the ancient without the trolley too! We did that in the evenings to enjoy the Night of Light, where all old St Augestine in lit, earning it a top spot in the National Geographic Christmas Towns list. Great value, great location, and great attention to detail equal a fantastic visit. We would definitely recommend this property. ##### Lisa F.
