It's also less than 2 miles from the beautiful Anastasia State Park, with several great hiking trails to take and miles of beach along the ocean with firm sand that makes walking on the beach really easy. This rental house is clean and bright, with all new appliances and excellent tvs in both the living room and family room. The hosts, Zipatly and Frans, are absolutely fabulous! They go out of their way to ensure their guests have a wonderful stay. When we made our reservations many months in advance, we asked them to install a DVD player for us and they did! They also met us when we arrived and showed us how everything worked. They're really quick to respond to every question or need. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and most comfortable stay. ##### Larry H. It was obviously refurbished recently, and you can see that many of the fixtures were brand new. The front door does stick a little, so pull on the knob when you are putting the code in, or it won't unlock. That's a pretty minor ding on an otherwise great place. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of towels. The washer/dryer are nice front loaders, so doing laundry is a breeze. Its a 1 minute walk to the marina and the Conch House restaurant, which is really nice. We saw sea turtles swimming around, and our friends saw a dolphin.
