Pets: Pets and Emotional Support Animals are not permitted. Please be aware that if you arrive with a cat or dog without prior approval, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. We kindly ask that you contact us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property.

Pest Control: While we take proactive steps to maintain both the interior and exterior of the home with regular pest control, please note that this property is located in a warm tropical climate. As such, occasional encounters with local wildlife and insects such as but not limited to ants, centipedes, snakes, mosquitoes, and cockroaches are possible. To help prevent this, we recommend keeping doors closed at all times. Although we do not offer refunds for such encounters, we will make every effort to address the issue with our pest control company.

Outdoor Maintenance: The home’s exterior is regularly cleaned and well-maintained. However, due to the lush, shaded environment under beautiful oak trees, the outdoor area may still have fallen leaves, even with routine cleaning. We appreciate your understanding of this natural feature of the property.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, particularly during the months of August through October, as we do not offer refunds for inclement weather and strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. This will provide peace of mind and protect your travel investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy.

Gorgeous and fun place!

Beautiful and fun - new construction, great design, very clean and comfortable! The neighborhood isn't great and there is a train close by, but there are some cute areas nearby and downtown is a short drive; this owner thought of everything to compensate and make the stay wonderful!

Weekend Fun

We had a great stay. We were in town to see our son’s college baseball team play against Flagler. Place was 2 miles from the baseball stadium. We enjoyed our evenings walking around downtown and all that St Augustine has to offer. Place was fun and plenty of room for 3 couples to enjoy.

Beautiful place and very clean

Because I rely on reviews I wanted to leave one with my honest opinion. My sister in law and I stayed 1 week here. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and more. All the little extras was so appreciated. We played pool and corn hole and enjoyed sitting out back. Communication with the property manager was great. We had planned on walking to downtown but a few of the houses in the neighborhood made us (2 females) too nervous to walk it so we drove. However, no one bothered us and everything was good. If you are a light sleeper - there is a train track across the street behind those houses and the train runs all the time (4 times in the middle of the night). With that said, this is still a very clean great place to stay.
