I’d say it’s not quite walking distance to downtown because it is still about a 20 minute walk and in the florida summertime heat, that can be rough. A couple small restaurants and shops that are nearby walking distance though. There was no ping pong table or darts in the garage, which was no problem because we weren’t spending much time outside due to the weather. There is only one full bathroom located on the top floor (older homes tend to have lest bathrooms than you would expect). The garage was available to us, but I will recommend replacing the large lamp since it prevented us from parking the Nissan Armada inside the garage as we wanted....
