House was clean and had all we needed. Clean bedsheets, towels, bathroom toiletries, kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker, wine bottle opener, dishwasher with detergent, washer /dryer. They even had a pack and play if one needed. Just overall the house felt like home. Hosts did a great job with preparing the house for guests to feel welcome and comfortable. As for the Location, it was super close to the historic area AND the beach area which was great! I would recommend this property 100% to anyone who will be visiting the area. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Loved the short distance to drive across the bridge to the heart of the historic area. The property is somewhat centrally located between the best beaches in the area, as well as the Old Town of St Augustine.
