What makes Coquina so special is the feeling of being a million miles from the hectic pace of everyday life and yet so close to St. Augustine’s vibrant downtown when the explorer in you craves an outing of souvenir hunting, specialty shopping, or fine dining. The condo is nicely decorated. It is steps from the pool and the beach. No long walkway! There were a couple of issues, but Holly was very helpful. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dinner/silver ware and cooking utensils. Check-in was easy using the keypad. A good selection of books and games, beach chairs/towels, and beach umbrellas for use by the owner. We loved the whole experience from start to finish. Holly was very responsive, very friendly, and had all the bases covered in the instructions and emails. The beach materials were awesome (chairs & towels). It is pretty far from stores and restaurants so plan accordingly. We loved how pretty and quiet the beach was though so it was worth the tradeoff.
