The fenced backyard is bonus when traveling with our dog. The neighborhood was safe and we even were able to get a horse drawn buggy ride to downtown (they were going by when we were walking there). The house was great very nicely done great back yard, deck and fire pit just wish we could have found some fire wood. Only 2 blocks from trolley stop #11 which was super convenient as parking is expensive and difficult to find in popular areas.
