Located directly across from The Conch House Resort/Salt Run Waterway and walking distance to many restaurants & entertainments, this clean, quiet home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living room, Florida room & outdoor patio with BBQ grill. Brewery lights in the trees over the large outdoor dining area. We are a 2-minute drive to Historic Downtown and 5-minute drive to our beautiful beaches. The huge tree-shaded yard is completely fenced in for child/pet safety and total privacy. The home sleeps 6 but is more comfortable with 4 guests as the third bed is the sleeper sofa in the main living area. We welcome responsible pet owners. Garage and driveway parking available. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. It is so nice and so clean, I sat in the yard and imagined this beautiful yard in its hay day. I can only imagine how much love and care went into this yard and home. It is so close to everything and so well stocked. My husband and I and our best friends had the best time for our mini vacay..we will definitely rent the wonderful home again. ##### karen o. Everything from pictures of the listing, to the descrpition, cleanliness, amenities, location, etc., were all 100% accurate!! Our pups loved the big, totally fenced, back yard, and being able to bring them with us was a huge plus! Sarah, the property owner/ manager, was easy to work with, and very responsive. She has done an amazing job of decorating this lovely home, and has provided the property with eveyrhing you could think of in a home away from home. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. The beds were comfy, the layout was nice and spacious and it’s an easy and safe walk to downtown. The fenced backyard was huge and nice to have with our pup.
