Here, you're only 1,000 feet from the beautiful ocean and a few minutes' stroll from Matanzas Inlet and some of the best bridge and surf fishing in Florida. At the end of each day, return home to sit beneath the oak trees and gather around the firepit to roast marshmallows for s'mores. The owners have decorated this house with comfort in mind. It's the perfect place to prepare the fish you caught that day, play family board games, and relax by the gas fireplace in the living room. A favorite spot is the top porch, where you can watch sunrises, sunsets, and even the moon rise from the ocean. There are also porches that face both east and west, so you can have lots of together time or alone time to sip a glass of wine and read a book. The home boasts a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a kitchen table, and an outdoor table where you can eat or play games. The living room is the perfect place to cap the evening, watching a movie on the 55-inch curved TV. There are five bedrooms total, two of which have their own private porches. The primary suite has a king bed, a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom that includes a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. The other bedroom configurations are as follows: one queen bed & twin bunk beds; one queen bed; one queen bed with toddler bed & pack and play in closet. The living room also has sleeper sofa. Plenty of towels, pots, pans etc. the misleading/ disappointing part was access to the beach/water. We had to load up and drive to a beach. There was no beach access walkable from the house. I believe this changes with storms etc. but the description should be updated. It would have been perfect if we could have walked from our house to the beach, which is what we expected. However the beds are so uncomfortable no one in our party of 8 could sleep well. There were also bugs in the house (sugar ants, roaches). The yard needs maintenance and there was a bag of dog poop left in the back yard. It almost seems as if the property is not well maintained. Also the description is misleading, as you cannot access the beach from the house due to a huge rock barrier. You must drive to one of the public beach access points, several minutes away. A lot of the banisters around the property are missing, rotten or loose and this is a danger to young children. The property was very dirty and although it says there are 5 bedrooms one is just a room in the garage that has been converted, so outside insects and lizards are also a problem. The kitchen has old food left from previous renters that is out of date, the drawers and cupboards have food crumbs left in them so we had to wash all the crockery and cutlery before we were able to use them. The garden is not usable as it is all dirt and weeds. Beware as the pictures are very deceptive. ##### Tracy T.
