It has two private bedrooms, one private bathroom and one shared full bathroom. My room will have some clothes in the closet/dresser but the guest room will not. I try to leave a shelf in the fridge empty for my guests to use during their stay. The condo is a 10 min. walk from the beach (intercostal side of A1A) and a 20 min. drive to all the attractions in St Augustine. Parking is free and available in the back. I will provide check-in details a few days before you arrive. Parking is located in the back of the condo building. The house is in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. Only complaints is the location showed it on the other side of a major road which added a lot of additional walking to get to the beach. Check in time on listing was 2pm so we arrived at 2pm to a delayed 3pm check in. Additionally the owner stopped by on multiple occasions which I found unprofessional.
