BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. With an amazing ocean and pool view from your own private balcony, this second floor condo is the perfect beach getaway. With a beachy theme throughout, this adorable condo will quickly become your home away from home. The spacious living room has ample seating for families of all sizes and the dining room comfortably seats 6\. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for a stay of any length and comes with a full sized washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an updated private master bathroom. There is a queen and a full bed in the second bedroom and two twin beds in the smaller third bedroom also known as the “Crow’s Nest,” and the second bathroom was also beautifully updated. Please note: the owner of this condo is severely allergic to pet dander so this condo cannot accommodate service animals of any kind. However, we have many other condos that do accommodate service animals here at Colony Reef Club. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center. All the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquet ball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3\. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Luckily we only needed the one bed. The condo could have used some cleaning. We found dirty socks in one closet and fake fingernails under the bed and the patio furniture looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Other than that the pool and hot tub were great and the beach was beautiful and just a short walk over the walkway. We also enjoyed the workout room and pickleball courts and we were glad the office had equipment to use. Overall we had a fun stay for a girls week! ##### Terri P. The unit was very nice and the views overlooking the pool and ocean were beautiful. There was plenty of room and everything was in working order. There were a few things that obviously had not been cleaned well in a while such as the shower floor which was dark and sticky and the kitchen sink, which had a black growth around the edges. One of the bathroom sinks had the same growth as well. For the amount tht was charged for the cleaning fee, I would have hoped it would have been thoroughly cleaned. Hurricane Ian became an issue during our stay, and we were told we would have to leave the condo after being there less that 24 hours. We were extremely disappointed but understood the safety issues associated with a storm of this size. The representatives in the office were helpful. They refunded fees for the nights we were not able to stay and generously refunded some of the other fees that were charged. We were grateful for this and would definitely consider returning to this property again. ##### Cynthia C.
