Beautiful property, very close to historic district. We stayed here to take advantage of the proximity to Flagler College for a new student orientation weekend. It was close enough to leave the car parked here and walk about three blocks to the campus. The home is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I was particularly impressed by the amenities provided. There are beach towels and chairs, plenty of kitchen appliances, a grill and tools, etc. If I had to knock anything at all, I would say the pillows for the beds were not that great (but, I'm picky here, and they had plenty of extras in the linen closet). One other small issue was immediately addressed by the host, who was very friendly. Overall, this is an excellent property in a great location and I'd strongly recommend it.

Awesome stay

The house was awesome. Location was close to everything. The cleanest place we have stayed. The owners thought of everything. If I had to make one recommendation to improve the stay would be a king size bed in master suite.

Close to Downtown

This property was just as described and just as pictured. We really enjoyed how close it was to downtown. Parking in downtown is challenging and if you stay here that’s something you generally won’t have to worry about. It was approximately a 5 minute walk to the Lightner Museum. There is a trolley stop at the museum, so we chose to walk to that stop and use the trolley for on/off service around town. Very convenient as we were there during Nights of Lights and the city was even more crowded…but beautiful!

Great stay at the Jewel Box

We were in town for a few days to get our son settled into Flagler. Everything was as described. Comfortable, updated and clean house. Perfect for our needs, would stay again.

Fun family vacation!

We had a great stay here with our three small children. It was an easy walk to St. George Street (about 10 min) where we enjoyed the shopping and food. We also walked to Castillo de San Marcos, and the Pirate Museum. Everything was very clean and the check in/out process was extremely simple.

Comfortable home base in the heat

This is a great place to stay , particularly if you are worried about needing to care for a small child or otherwise have some people stay home during parts of the day . Much better than any hotel room with plenty of space and cool air

Well stocked, quiet and super clean home!

This brand new home was one of the cleanest ones we have ever stayed in. It was meticulously, clean, well stocked and tasteful decorated. It was quiet and had everything we needed. All the appliances were new and worked perfectly. Within walking distance to the downtown area. Aside from the mattresses being a bit harder than what we like, everything was perfect. Kyle was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly.

House was very clean and has all the comforts of home plus! Kitchen well stocked with some essentials for cooking. Laundry supplies and cleaning equipment and supplies available too if needed. Games to play and even baby toys and furniture! Yard is great for relaxing with bbq and tables Plus if you have a dog it’s well secure. Location is great 2 blocks from a brewery and minutes from anything and everything!! Neighborhood has some progress to do but overall feels safe and neighbors were friendly to talk to. We’d definitely choose this place again and again!

What a wonderful property and great experience! :)

We were very impressed with the home. It was absolutely beautiful and very clean (and I am a neat freak!). The location was perfect for us, and we could walk to all the places we needed to get to in no time. I had read in a former review that the neighborhood was a bit shady, but I didn't find that to be the case. The neighbors we met were friendly, too. The kitchen is well equipped, and we had fun choosing our mugs/ bowls of the day (they had things printed on them, such as: Best day ever; balance etc.). Tea and coffee were provided, as well as some kitchen staples. The mattresses were very comfortable, even though the pillows (and duvet) weren't exactly what we would pick (not much substance and a bit lumpy/ 100% Polyester), but that just might be because we're from Europe and used to more natural fibers that breathe well and don't leave you either too hot or too cold. The bathrooms and bedrooms were great, and we appreciated all the available storage space. Kyle was an amazing host - so kind, so friendly, and so responsive. We had a little hiccup with the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. Unfortunately, we could give Kyle only brief windows of time in which he could come and fix it, since we stayed in St. Augustine for a wedding and had several obligations. But Kyle made it work, and repaired the fan in no time. (Kyle: It works perfectly now! Thank you SO much again!) I can recommend this rental home (and host) wholeheartedly! We'll definitely come back. :)

Great family trip

The propert was justcas puctured and described. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need to stay comfortably. Plenty ofvspace for our family of 5. The location was ideal for walking to most everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was incredibly responsive. Highly recommended

Wonderful location!

The location was perfect! Clean, updated and family friendly. It was me, my husband, 7yr old, 1yr old and our dog. We were all very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided when we arrived. A plethora of towels which I really appreciated. I loved being able to roll out each day and walk anywhere we wanted. Tourist attractions ,food etc. everything is so close. The host made check in, check out, all communication so easy. We had a great time here while visiting St. Augustine.

Family reunion...

Was a family reunion with Mon (87) the 2 brothers 66 and 69 and my self 68 . She had a great time. She was asking for a Safe box, maybe you can take in consideration. We love the house and was perfect for us. We will return soon.

Nice & New Home but

The interior and general exterior is really nice and new. The downsides: location is questionable, there is no king bed and the primary bedroom could really accommodate one, and while we really appreciate that it was dog friendly, it looked like the dog poop had not been cleaned up in weeks in the backyard area.

Perfect in all ways

The house is located in the historic Lincolnville area. The neighborhood is going through a lot of positive changes and it's great to see. The house is in short walking distance to everything! The Dog Rose Brewery is 1 min walk, 5 min to Fish Camp, Distillery, or Winery, 2 min to Preserved Rest, 5 min walk to Lightner Museum, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, despite the construction. Neighbors are all super nice. We made friends with the dog next door pup-pup. We always felt safe walking everywhere. The house has ample parking. Loved the enclosed yard with high fence and the deck with the outside table. We made use of the grill 1 night. House has everything you could need. Super clean and obviously new and modern. All appliances worked great. I was very impressed to see full size mirrors in the bedrooms. Lost of rentals miss out on this little detail. The W/D is a big help. The beds are all a little firm, but its fine, we made do. We don't have kids, but the house had lots of extra amenities for people traveling with kids. Being dog friendly is a huge plus! We never travel without our fur babies. We were very comfortable and felt like we were at home. We will def be back. Thanks for a great stay.
