A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization. A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. \- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay. \- Pets are not allowed \- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds.
