Located in one of the most charming and historic cities in the United States, this exquisite condo offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and coastal living. This recently renovated & spacious 3-bedroom 2-bath condo can host the whole family! Located in the Golden Mile, you are steps away from the beach, dining, and shopping. Beyond the condo, St. Augustine offers a wealth of attractions and activities. The condo has something for everyone in your group. It's located directly across from the beautiful views of the pier. Walk left to enjoy the secluded sands of Anastasia State Park. Turn right to join the party along the ocean. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance will cater to everyone in your group. And when you're ready for some sightseeing, the condo's location on the northern tip of the beach offers a quick trip to historic downtown. The space The wood-look tile in the living area is perfect for those sandy feet after a day at the beach. And that's not the only upgrade. From the upgraded, spa-like master bath to the stainless steel appliances, you'll be relaxing in luxury. The master suite features a king size bed with a dresser, flat screen TV, and balcony access with views of the property's fountain. Past the walk-in closet is the private bath that has two sinks and a recently-remodeled walk-in shower. The first guest room has a new full-under-twin bunk bed for little ones. The second has brand new Queen size bed. Those bedrooms share a full bath with a shower/tub. The full sized kitchen has plenty of counter space for prep and cabinets and pantry space for storage. It is fully equipped with so much dinnerware, cookware, utensils, and appliances including: \- Microwave \- Toaster \- Blender \- Coffeemaker and Keurig \- Dinnerware/Utensils/Glassware service for 8 \- Several pots/pans/baking dishes \- Misc. knives and cooking utensils The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. It also stores the vacuum and mop, but you can let the cleaning staff worry about that at the end of your vacation. The dining room has seating for 6 while the living room boasts a full-size sofa and loveseat for when you want to relax. High-speed wifi is available throughout the condo, including on the back porch. Relax on the porch and take in the ocean breeze! The property gives guests access to a heated swimming pool with access to the fitness center in the clubhouse, just across the pond from the condo's back door. Book today and start making those memories. The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard).
