Sun deck, ocean view, hot tub Irresistible 3/2 beach home just steps from the ocean. This house boasts a giant sun deck with breathtaking views of the ocean. The backyard also has a lighted hot tub along with lights underneath the sun deck and a fire pit for nighttime fun. The inside is spacious, kid-friendly, with a large living room, open kitchen area and separate family room. The neighborhood is private with only one entrance in or out and it also hosts a wide, open walkway out to the beach. This house is great for everyone from singles, couples, small or large families! Can sleep up to 9 people on conventional beds, however we can accommodate up to 13 if the fold out sofa beds and Cordaroy Bean Bag are used!! Please note the fourth bedroom/bonus room has a set of bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top) which is only accessible from the outside rear of the house. Location was excellent, close to everything and very short walk to beach. Plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids to use in garage. The place is clean, well maintained, and the location was fantastic - a short walk to the beach right at the end of the street! Angel was the perfect host - great communication, easy check in and check out, well stocked kitchen and we used the grill outside a couple of times. It was a very cozy space that felt very much like a home, and the hot tub was wonderful in the evenings. We hope to be back again. ##### Chris B.
