There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately by the owner. The neighborhood is very quiet, plenty of parking on the property. We did think the house was closer to St George Street so it wasn’t really walkable for us but it was very close access by driving & Uber. I immediately went on the VRBO website and found this little gem. The calendar obviously did not have the date of arrival marked as available due to the time of day. I immediately reached out to the host and explained the situation, as this trip had been planned for 2 months to celebrate my birthday. The host immediately responded by email and we were in this property within half hour. Great location, 3 full bathrooms, nice kitchen, the A/C was phenomenal. I couldn’t ask for a better stay. We will definitely rebook this property again and would like to thank the host for the quick response and accommodating the emergency! ##### Shari S.
