Take the stairs down to the pool and the beautiful common grounds of the complex. A nearby boardwalk with a gazebo leads to the white sand of beautiful St. Augustine Beach! Ocean Villas 23 features a fully stocked, modern kitchen. Relax in the spacious, open concept family room and dining area, and enjoy movies on the large screen TV. Ocean Villas complex is ideally located within walking distance of the Golden Mile Beach strip with local beach and surf shops, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops, and activities like putt-putt, and the Pier Park. You will find grocery stores where you can stock up for the week only two minutes' drive down the road. The complex is family oriented and is gated for extra security. Walkways boast manicured grounds and lead to two pools, a heated lagoon pool with surrounding boardwalk, and the beach pool, located just behind this unit.
