Newly renovated condominium located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a cul de sac, just a short walk or bike ride to Butler Beach. 5 to 10 minutes by car to the many other beaches close by. Visit the Alligator Farm, lighthouse or a night at the amphitheater for live music. 15 minutes by car to St George Street shopping, restaurants, museums, Bridge of Lions and more. This home has all the amenities you'll need. Fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, towels, boogie board and grill. Parking for two vehicals in rear. Two bikes for your use. Each bedroom has extra sheets, blankets, pillows, a dresser, large closet. Queen bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other. Come visit the oldest city in our nation, founded in 1565\.
