Unit was in a great location in the complex. Unit was small and Bath rooms were very small. Maintenance needed: kitchen faucet was very loose, master Bath room faucet leaked and both bath room sinks drained every slowly. Leg on ottoman broken and slider door screen was badly ripped. Sofa very in comfortable..needs a piece of plywood under the cushions so you don’t sink to the floor. ##### Laurence M. Beautiful views of the ocean and the grounds. Our biggest “complaint “ is that there is only one small recliner that was comfortable. The easy chair and sofa both look okay but in desperate need of new cushions. Very uncomfortable as you sink into the frame of the seats. An easy fix in my opinion. Personally, I wouldn’t stay again because of this. This may not bother younger people but as seniors comfort is important. ##### Peggy M.
