This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated first floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city. Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun. If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options. Overall, this property is a great value and the perfect location to spend your vacation. The unit is well supplied with everything one needs and is very close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The only complaint we had was that the local track pickup was earlier than we would have liked and was very noisy. The parking situation is a bit odd (it uses the parking for old town) but it does work and is included in the cost of the unit. ##### Stephen B. Was a super cute, very convenient property. Pretty walkable. Comfortable bed. Had everything we needed for our stay and our host was very accomidating. The only thing some may consider a downside is the off property parking, which is in the parking garage not terribly far away. They do have a loading area in front of the property though.
