This Victorian home was built in 1880 and is located within the heart of the Historic District. A few years ago, I fully renovated the private residence into 3 separate apartments, each fully contained with its own private entrance, kitchen and full bath. This newly renovated second floor apartment has 1 queen bed in a private bedroom along with a sectional couch in the living room. Bikes offer you the opportunity to leave the car parked and see the city by walking or riding. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city. Enjoy the many restaurants to choose from all within a five minute walk from your front door. Additionally, the shopping and sightseeing is just around the corner. Plan to spend the day sightseeing and walk back to unwind on the front porch with glass of wine before getting ready for the evening fun. If you've come to enjoy St Augustine's beautiful beaches you're only a ten minute drive away. Crescent Beach lies to the south a few miles for those looking to relax on a quiet beach, or join the crowds on St. Augustine Beach with a fishing pier and many great restaurant options. Overall, this property is a great value and the perfect location to spend your vacation. Imagine living in a second-story one bedroom Victorian apartment a few minutes’ walk from any venue in historic St. Augustine, with two balconies and a designated parking spot (!!), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer on the premises. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the deck and balcony. Both were great for relaxing and viewing beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Best thing about this place is the parking!Worst thing was a worker was on the deck when we arrived and continued to work for about an hour. Would have loved the heads up. Thankfully he didn’t stay long and when he returned the next day, we left for the day and didn’t have to worry about where he was. We did not use the kitchen so can’t respond to any of it.
