« Very clean and decorated perfectly as a lake house. The kitchen was very well equipped, even having spices for cooking. The beds were comfortable and made with high quality bedding. The property has Internet, cable TV in every bedroom and the living room. The backyard has a large grassy private lawn and covered porch with plenty of seating, a propane grill and fire pit and private access to the lake. Portage lake is dreamy -- perfect for paddling. We hope to return next year for a longer...

« Had an awesome time at this cabin! It was a bit cozy for four guys, but honestly, it worked out just fine. Super clean, comfy, and made a great basecamp as we explored fishing holes in the area. The location was spot on—close to trails and nature, but also near town.Becky, our host, was great. Super quick to respond and gave us helpful tips on what to do around the area. Would definitely recommend this place for a small group or family looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. »

The rooms were large and the beds incredibly comfy. The kitchen had most everything we needed - it would have been nice to have some mixing bowls and such, but we were fine for our stay. »

« Magnificent vacation home on the shores of magnificent Long Lake. Easy kayak fishing for several types of fish. The chalet is better than in the photos, very clean and comfortable. The only negative point is the accessibility for family activities and groceries. Other than that I recommend this establishment. Thanks again to the hosts for the accommodation. »

« We stayed here during a motorcycle trip and it was a great location. Because there are 2 main streets close by there is the sound of cars driving past, but that didn’t disturb us at all. The house is charming, and very comfortable for our group of 4 adults. »
