Housed inside the former Busy Bee Department Store, this loft sits within the Campbell Avenue Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once a bustling commercial space, the building has been thoughtfully reimagined into modern lofts while preserving its historic charm. Step outside and you’re in the heart of downtown energy. Walk to movie theaters, local coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife with no car required. Perfect for: • Couples passing through town • Small families exploring Springfield • Remote workers needing a convenient downtown base The space: This sunlit third-floor loft blends historic character with modern comfort and is designed to feel easy, welcoming, and relaxed, whether you’re staying one night or a few.
