The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Our townhome can accommodate 4 guests. Each bedroom has a queen bed. It is less than 400 feet to the nearest shuttle stop. We are next to the town market. It is a short walk to shopping and restaurants. Our townhome is less than one mile from the parks main entrance. The 1200 square foot townhome has a living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath on the first floor. On the second floor there are two master suites, one of which has a balcony so you can enjoy the upcanyon views. Amongst the amenities to assist your stay are: Air Conditioner/Heater Balcony Patio Flat Screen TV's Wi-Fi Fully Equipped Kitchen Refrigerator Range with stove Microwave Dishwasher Dishware Pots and Pans Coffee Maker etc. Springdale is the gateway town to Zion National Park. You can get on stop 5 to get into the park, and walk to tons of delicious restaurants. It is also directly across a grocery store- amazing. We rented e bikes one day and rode into the park which was so fun. The location makes the property amazing..,I loved that there was a balcony as well. Could do with a fresh coat of paint, but that is being nit picky. We had a great time…the parks were insane though!!! ##### Catherine W.
