To the right, you'll see a hallway that leads directly to our open concept living room and kitchen. In the living room you'll find a leather couch, a leather loveseat and two lounge chairs. Settle in for a movie on our 65-inch Samsung Smart TV or curl up with a book in front of our working gas fireplace! Up for a little friendly competition? Find an assortment of board and card games in the storage under the windows. Behind the living room, you'll see our large, fully stocked kitchen. This space contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee. At our granite kitchen island, you'll find four leather barstools - perfect for keeping the designated cook company. At the end of the day, settle into one of our FOUR private bedrooms: (1) Our first Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Roku TV, lounge chair, and en suite bath. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Nothing seemed run down and it has a well appointed kitchen. We loved the open and spacious shared spaces. And we used all of the spaces. This beautiful home was so spacious for six audits and it was specially nice for everyone to have a private bathroom. Location was nested perfect between airport and stadium and lovely restaurants around it. All the rooms are spacious and have bathrooms which is a great perk with a large group. It was clean. We had a minor issue getting into the house initially with the key pad, but the owners responded right away with a new code and had no issues after. The back yard is big and fenced. Great location. Near Fayetteville but also easy to get to Rogers, Bentonville. Right off Thompson so plenty of grocery stores so the location was perfect for us. Very spacious. We stayed with family so this property provides privacy and everything was clean. Plenty of plates, bowls, glasses. Cookware a bit limited. No large skillet so consider that if you’re planning on cooking. The furniture is modern and aesthetically pleasing. I would say if you’re bigger some chairs might not be for you. Beds are comfy. A bit low so consider if older. Not handicap assessable. I would suggest a rail of some type for older guests. We are mid-50s so we had no issues but our mid-70 parents had some issues with navigating. We would probably rec a handicap accessible hotel for them Next time.
