Au pied des roches, proche des commodités et de l'entrée du parc. Piscine avec superbe environnement! Petit déjeuner qui a le mérite d'exister mais un peu pauvre. La télé et le wifi captent mal!

Très convénient due à la proximité. Notre chambre a eu un dégat d'eau et les réparations ont été mal faites. Peinture décrépie et odeur de mousissure. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Very good hotel with amazing view, very nice hot tube and pool, bedroom comfortable. The only bad aspect is the breakfast, not good at all

Hey Fabien, It is great that you were able to enjoy the majority of your stay! After a long day of hiking, a hot tub is a perfect idea and our very comfortable beds top it off. This is an older feel motel, that happens to be clean with a great staff. It’s located right in the middle of restaurants and shops. You’re welcomed to leave your car all day on the day of check out as well.

Don't stay here, not in room # 215, unless you like cockroaches in your bedroom. Bathroom was not not maintained, peeling paint above tub tile, torn bath curtains, toilet kept running after flushing for several minutes. Small parking lot with no turnaround, had to back out. Chipped and missing tiles in walkway and on steps. Apparently some rooms are remodeled, due to a fire. Stay somewhere else!!!

We stayed at the pioneer for its location. The parking is very tight, so having a full size pickup was tough to park and getting out was at times tricky. The pool and jacuzzi were closed, which wasn’t advertised at the time of my booking and it appears it has be closed for close to a year. This was important to us to be able to soak our sore muscles after a day of mountain biking. The grab bag breakfast was mediocre at best. The apples provided were not edible, but the frozen Jimmy Dean sausage sandwich was at least edible. The balcony was really nice until the front office worker stepped outside to smoke sending cigarette smoke up to the area. They advertise the suite to have a pull out couch, but it was in such poor condition we chose to just sleep on the sofa. The pioneer is in a great location but it just appears they are letting it deteriorate. Very disappointed as we have been coming here for years. Unfortunately we will look elsewhere when we book next year for our annual weekly visit.

Cool place with a nice vibe. Good location. Charming rooms. Free breakfast bag, decent coffee. Overall happy with our stay. Easy walk to the bus that takes you to the park visitor center and back.

Definitely convenient to the park. There was a city shuttle nearby that takes you to the park, and we were allowed to keep our car at the hotel since there is a limited parking at the park.

This hotel is fine but nothing special. The breakfast is a bag lunch; the hotel pool and hot tub were not working which was a major disappointment for us. The hotel was expensive and therefore I was disappointed. It is clean, however, and the staff were kind.

Very good "functional" property---room was large, great for family's needs; property is not new (upholstery on chairs had a few holes, etc.), but nothing that was problematic unless the "look" is highly important to you---everything worked, easily walkable dining within 5-10 min, shuttle to the visitor center is right outside property, so property great if care about function over appearance.

There were several power fluctuations during the night, which caused beeps and light flashes, partly from my phone, which disrupted sleep. Also, hot and cold water lines to the sink and shower were evidently switched when they were installed, a small annoyance. Otherwise, property was clean and comfortable.

Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak. It's hard to get connected. It was off and on. And need to reconnect every 2 to 3 minutes. The complimentary breakfast was a box to go. Just one sausage sandwich, one yogurt and one apple. We stayed there for 2 nights. The foods in the box are the same. The amount of the food might be insufficient for younger people. The hotel doesn't get well maintained. They didn't replace the broken stuffs in the room.

Advertised as having charger for ev. They do not. Just a 220 outlet on the wall by the trash cans. Staff was helpful, but arriving at 10:00 and having to spend an hour finding another solution was not fun. Sheets might have been white once apon a time? Dripping faucet in the sink, and really noisy window heater... Lots of smokers. Property smells like cigarettes . They have updated some and room was ok, but no ev charger was a shock. Will stay at one of the many other hotels who actually have chargers next time.

It would have been nice if the pool & hot tub were clean and available as that's what was stated as part of the amenities on the grounds. Hot Tub was really dirty and not prepared at all for guest use, neither was pool. Would have preferred healthier choice of breakfast items
