Probably the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in and a great house. The layout is very good with the primary bedroom on the ground level. That was great for people who don’t need to go up down stairs. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked except the grill. We never got it to workproperly, but it wasn’t a big deal. The owner is very responsive and even met us at the house and gave us the rundown. Really nice and informative. The outside is great. Short walk to the dock which was new. Really nice. The electric at the dock did not work probably due to the vast amount of rain we got. The breaker would not reset. The owner was aware of the issue and was on it. Be aware that the neighbor has dogs that roam. If you are traveling with pets, this is an issue. If you are into water sports or the lake thing, it is nearly perfect. Would we go back? Absolutely! We took our pontoon and kept it at the dock, and there is a boat ramp nearby with extra parking at house for your trailer. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The only complaint we had was the fire pit area had lots of ants. I wouldn’t have a problem staying here again. Watts Bar lake was beautiful. ##### Christopher M. The property is right on the water with a nice dock where you can swim and fish. There is not a lot of lake traffic, which makes it very relaxing. The beds weren’t great, but there was plenty of space for our large family. The kitchen was also fully stocked and had everything we needed. We had a couple small issues and questions, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back and stay again. ##### Samantha L. It was so peaceful spending time on the screened-in porch and the large deck - both of which were nicely furnished and had incredible views of the lake. In fact, we spent almost all of our time out there! The yard, dock and firepit were perfect. We had our dog with us and she had the best time - the bonus was the neighbor's dogs who she got to play with (and who we enjoyed petting!). The house itself was so comfortable. It had a great layout, nice (and very comfy) furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and the entire home was incredibly clean. And the owner, Janice, was so pleasant and responsive to our questions.
